This modernization project is currently under construction.  We are removing proprietary equipment that is no longer supported by the original equipment manufacturer [OEM].  We are using non-proprietary equipment that we can maintain and/or repair as needed.  Includes new A/C gearless machines with power regeneration feedback to the building.  When the elevator is slowing down, the energy generated goes back to the hotel’s building power grid.

We are redesigning and installing all new fixtures (buttons, lighting, interior finishes, etc.) and 15” LCD screens for customer advertising.  All our work will greatly improve passenger traffic flow, efficiency, reliability, energy savings and safety;
