A: A monthly service contract provides many benefits for you and your clients. This allows us to do preventative maintenance and reduce downtime, smoother proper operation, improved safety, state compliance. You also actually save money when the inevitable big maintenance issue comes up.
A:We have four main divisions of our company. Elevator construction, modernization and maintenance. Commercial electrical systems. Commercial fire protection system electrical, alarms, control panels (not the water piping). Commercial solar and utility use reduction (eg. LED lighting systems).
A: We will respond and provide an assessment within 48 hours. After that, we optimize our project management parts, labor, contractors, etc… to get your job done as quickly, safely and high-quality as possible.
A: We are happy to provide a free consultation and inspection to see how long your system will last. Generally 30 years, but it depends on usage, traffic, weather exposure, level of maintenance, etc…
A: Commercial elevator fire alarms and recall systems, fire sprinkler system electrical, alarms, electrical and FACP – fire alarm control panels. We do not do the fire sprinklers – we work with trusted high-quality partner contractors on these projects.
