Full design of elevator rebuild.  Original elevator was installed in 1963.  Complete rebuild of elevator, including 60 foot in ground hydraulic cylinder replacement. This was a high-traffic elevator that had reached the end of it’s lifecycle and they were looking at us to provide a one-stop shopping solution that global companies could not offer.

We had to do a lot of engineering and design and use our expertise and experience to retrofit and modernize the elevator in the existing shaft space.  We utilized the latest energy-saving technology.  The equipment we used was non-proprietary (allows more maintenance and repair provider options) and made in the USA.
